Initial setup and configuration
Configuration best practices for major CMS systems
Capacity and usage questions
Benchmarking assistance to determine appropriate capacity and cost
Server environment changes (not related to the application code); for example adding ioncube loader to your PHP environment

Greenman Hosting, Inc, also provides paid technical support for many other issues such as:
Hacked website cleanups
Code base and database restores (we only have nightly images going back 30 days so let us know as soon as possible)
Writing application code for compatibility
Modifying third party or open source software for your custom needs
Patching various CMS platforms, e-commerce solutions, and frameworks (WordPrss, Magento, xCart, CodeIgniter, etc)
Expanding functionality of existing applications
Website hardening (version controlled code base, read only web root, permissions best practices)

Greenman’s servers are monitored 24×7 by automated systems. Issues affecting the health and operation of Greenamn’s infrastructure notify us within minutes so we can quickly diagnose and correct the problem or reroute traffic to a secondary location if it’s a more serious issue.
